You may obtain a low, fixed rate, but there may be higher penalties or fines for adjustments or sudden changes to your mortgage.  I will help you look at all options by going over your financial goals and plans, and you can make the educated decision on which product to choose.  Without that flexibility, you could end up paying more down the road if life throws you a curve ball.
